Since 2006, teams of judges have traveled around to all our Homestead America properties to determine the best curb appeal, best team effort, and rookie of the year. The annual Ben Franklin has been a testament to the commitment of providing the best resident life experience possible and this year, we were nothing but impressed. ⁣We are so proud of the hard work from the on-site teams!⁣
